 American Patriots Village (APV) is a Veteran Friendly Community with extremely innovative amenities that we know Veterans are going to love. We are focusing on Disabled Veterans as well as all other Veterans who would like this unique living experience.

An exciting component option of the construction of the homes is a product called “Smart Steel.” Smart Steel is a revolutionary patented material for the exterior walls, floors and ceiling. The home can withstand a 200+ mph wind and has an energy rating of R49. With just a few solar panels, the home will have the ability to have  a zero power bill.

It is the goal to offer various size parcels for  Veterans to select from.  Homes should average around 1200 square ft., however, we offer all size homes for the Veteran's choosing.  

APV will build the homes with the Veteran selecting the lot size, the home and the floor plan.

Eugene was honored to be invited to visit the American Patriots Village. "It truly is an impressive development for our veterans." While there, Eugene who is running for congress met the founders of Central Oregon Veterans Ranch, Bill Olsen and Alison Perry, from Bend, OR. Everyone was very impressed with CEO Mr. Harris' plans to develop

APV has teamed up with Southern View Energy (SVE) to provide solar generated electricity where feasible to the Veterans’ households and community facilities. SVE, based in Lula, Georgia, are the solar experts that specialize in both on- and off-grid solar electric systems. They are evaluating any and all solar options to maximize the solar energy potential for the American Patriot Village community. This includes roof mounts, ground mounts, and energy storage batteries to create micro-grids to share the benefits of clean energy production across the community. APV’s goal is to use solar energy to reduce Veterans’ power bills and create an atmosphere that everyone feels good to live in.
